These inspections help identify and resolve hazards, confirm smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms are working and include a 12-monthly legionella risk assessment.

Properly documented, they also provide vital evidence that the landlord is meeting legal obligations; helping protect against claims of negligence or disrepair in case of disputes or local authority complaints.
